New Old Name
Whoosh is My Name
You Are Beautiful
Flushed Cheeks
Human Child
Ripples
Accept Ants
Inside Your Way
New Old Name
Whoosh is My Name
You Are Beautiful
Flushed Cheeks
Human Child
Ripples
Accept Ants
Inside Your Way
Magestic breast
Atop pine crown
Shining forth
Your radiance
Around
Bright beeing
All seeing
Let me in
What’s the language
You speak in friend?
Symbols no words
Can touch
What thoughts
Move thru your mind
Syncopated breath
In nature’s time
Perch, fly, chirp
Dive
In your element
Where
All beings thrive
Tigers claws
Puppy’s paws
We grow and rage
Then turn the page
Some how
We are all that is
Can We accept we’re not here
Or there
Hers or his?
Open the book
Turn the page
Its what we do
Some days
Still pool
Reflected face
The pebble dropped
Lines within lines
Shine back
Fragments of humanity’s
Emotions captured
Anger, fear, shame, love
Pride, doubt, care, power
Certainty, curiosity...
Rippling insanity
The art we make
The poetry we are
Is staggering
And Beautiful
Sometimes
Moisture fills this space
A diamond cut brilliant face
Syncopated drops fall silently here
Oh, Blesse’d one, keep me near
For, we are all children of humanity
Open open, and embrace your insanity
A birthright to see All in others
Tender gifts bright from mothers
You are that Beauty you seek
Open your diamond lids so sleek
And let that rain pillow of love
Shower your blessings below as above
The rain danced
Tiny footprints
Scattered on my warm cheek
It skirted stubble
Bounced blushes
Tingled tickles
The rain mesmerized
My mind
Opened my attention
To texture of her dance floor
To the soft warmth emanating
From deep welled pools of heated desire
She kissed me
With that dance
A kiss,
I will never forget.
‘You are Beautiful’
I heard
Over and over
Who was talking?
Oh, me
And so.
I began listening
To all the good
To all the wisdom buried
I began excavating
ancient tablets
of clay
Some script written so long ago
In my DNA
Then I awoke
And took
Two deep breaths
‘I love you
You are Beautiful
Thank you’
Flocks of wingtipped arrows shoot
Thru liquid crystal sky
Blazing contrails of music
As they pass by
A Whoooshhhshhhshh!!
As one organism
One being
I can feel their morning delight
Returning to the sea
After a long night
In some hidden tree
Ah, ocean!
We are here to sing your songs again!
Such a lovely morning
Hello my friend!
Spiraled tornados diving
This way and that
Magnetic compasses
Chirp chirp
And
Ratta tat tat
The ocean pulled me close this morning
She kissed and caressed my heels
Drawing me in
Like a long lost child
She pulled me
From distant memories
A long forgotten name
And when I realized she had me
It was too late
I was already gone
My new old knowing returned
So what does one do
When the Ocean pulls them
Under
In her dark watery embrace?
Gives birth to an new old name
And vanishes
Leaving me still in her arms
Holograms of yesterday!?
Hold Me Still
Three Simple Words
To Shine Again
Sunshine Funnel
Yin Time
Spirit Guides
Rememberance
Fly with me
Hold me close
Till I become one
With you
Then, we will know
What time feels like
When it stands still
It was a soft rose-petal kiss
The kind of kiss that lingers with delicate lips
Of subtle fragrance
That floods the body with a sense of rapture and consummation at once
So I lingered
I let her touch my everything
With that soft hued
Gentle embrace of subtle nature
I felt her cotton cloud touch
Upon my receptive heart-being
I soaked in the warmth she had to offer
On this morning of wondrous life-breath
Saying three
Simple
Words
‘I love you’
And they carried that message home
Home to beyond the realm of words
Messengers destined for a land
That only lovers know
That only those who dare plumb and feel the depths of now and here, of tree, cloud and stone know
That those who share an embrace with God and say
‘I am that’
Know.
Three simple words
I Share
with You.
I miss the way your hair
Falls below your shoulders
Whipping the ivory moon around
Like she’s your hand maiden
Ready to do your bidding
I miss
The way you hold the wind hostage
And have private conversations
As she’s sailing by on
Her way home
I miss the space you occupy
Solid and empty
At once
In love and at peace
Upon Earth
I miss the gentle texture of your
Lacey skin
Saturated with warmth, with home
With smells of nurturing, safety... comfort
And,
Isn’t it lovely to long for memories so close,
To bring them home, and make them radiant again
In the sphere
Of this passing mind
In the depths of earth
These roots spring Forth
Fresh tips
Shedding old root-bark
Strengthened by their winter chi
Made strong by the cracks already pushed thru
Granite, loam, shale and clay
These roots, easily seek and find
The places of nourishment
The places where water flows upward
Where minerals are abundant
Ready to become life
The places where tangled strongholds are just
Natural
In the dark depths of earth
These roots bring light
Shining their rays from above
Deep into crystalline soils
Sunshine funnels
Tunneling heavenly light deep
Into their sensual substrate
Cracks and crevices opening
To receive and become one
With these roots
These Winter roots
Let us rest
As the sun
Hangs low
Upon his endless
curtained sky
Let us be at peace
Within these sleepy
Hollows
Of winter time
Let us appreciate
The toils of summers past
Celebrate the hearth
The heat
The furnace blast
Circle with me
As the stars orbit
Eternity
Cozy up to my warm lap
And have yourself
A blissful animal
Nap
Join skin to skin
Resting now in cool dark winter
Gravitational pull of patterned flesh
Earth Yin
Preparing for Springs to come
Rest, rest....
Let me walk
Amongst you
As a shadow
following your breath
Let me sing
Beside you
As a whisper of longing
to return
Let me ride
Your shoulders
And dance
You awake
Let me be
Inside you
As we laugh
Today
He Tasted it
Before
And then
Lost it
It’s such a blessing
When something precious
is lost
Such a sweetness
and wisdom
Is found
In the struggle
To understand
It’s remembrance
In the light
Of God
Fly with me
To destinations unknown
Where our heart songs are
In harmony with purpose
Where divine light blesses our wings
Songs of purpose propell our beats
with rhythmic pulsing of pleasure
The Arrow
Generations
Scramble
Days like these
Pine Straw Welcome
She Rattles
I shot an arrow into the sun
It came back alight with a message
‘Dance with me
Until we are one’
Be fierce
Be fiery
Be strong
And stiff
Dance with me
Until we are one
Be soft
Be supple
Be wrathful
And rare
And when the sun engulfs
Us
Both
Again
Then..
Dance with me
Just for fun
