Of joy

Inspiration and

Gain

Let’s just be honest

Now

The pain is real

Sometimes

Even though I don’t want to feel

Frustration and fear

Loathing so near

Self judgement and hate

Can you relate?

I know it will pass

And I know this won’t last

It’s just sometimes

The pain

Leads to shame

And shame to blame

And blame definitely

Not to gain

But its all part

of  

life
